I contacted Riche Meintjes from Cribs Property to market my house towards the end of 2023, as I had noticed that she had sold most of the homes in my area. From the beginning of our dealings, Riche gave me time to think and decide if I really wanted to put my house on the market and what the process would entail. Once I had made the decision (which I never regretted as I felt extremely comfortable with her beside me and walking me through it), she introduced me to a few select house hunters whom she had carefully chosen, bearing in mind that my house had a rather unusual appeal. Despite the unique appeal of my home, the house was sold within a few months of putting it on the market !- testimony to her knowledge, hard work and professionalism as an estate agent.Other traits that I believe give Riche an edge as top-class real estate agent Her superb communication skills, especially her listening skills and her ability to anticipate any questions that I had as highly inexperienced seller. She never faltered to respond to an email or to a text message even after close of business hours. When unsure of the answer to my question she would promptly research / or call her superiors at Cribs and come back to me with the answer post haste. Throughout the process, Riche called and provided me with emails clearly outlining the next stage in the process, which took the anxiety out of this complicated and stressful legal and financial transaction. Furthermore, she provided me with a couple of names of trusted conveyancing attorneys known to her firm, names of building contractors to sort out any problems and a myriad of other information.  Her excellent knowledge and honesty about the market which was supported by property reports done by the large banks in the area. Her first-rate understanding of her clients, sellers and buyers and their wishes and concerns. Her unfailing commitment to the task at hand, her obvious passion for her job and her integrity as an estate agent. It was a privilege and pleasure to have dealt with Riche Meintjes.
